1 tbsp FGO Organic Calendula Flowers

1 cup hot water
Instructions
Bring one cup of water to a boil. Pour into a teapot with one tablespoon of dried calendula flowers. Let steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain through fine mesh sieve into your favorite mug. Relax, sip and feel good!
